⚠️ Delete DOD Environment

This will permanently delete a DOD namespace and all its resources (pods, services, PVCs, etc.). If the namespace contains Airflow, associated Azure storage will also be cleaned up.

Requires: Authenticated with a GitHub account that has write access to ciValue/devops.
Safety: You must type the full namespace to confirm, and acknowledge ownership if the prefix doesn't match your GitHub username.
